information (IT) consulting and Business Solutions company. |
| PFS is headquartered in Marietta,
Georgia. Although most engagements are primarily with commercial accounts,
PFS is aggressively expanding its marketing efforts in the Department
of Defense (DOD-Air Force/ Navy/Army) and other federal agencies welcoming
small business services. Presently, PFS has a focus in international
domains such as, Brazil, Bermuda, London, India, and soon to be China.
These international clients are economically feasible and offer the
opportunity for a broader array of solution services. |
PFS was founded in 1994
and approved for the United States Department of Commerce Minority
Business Development Agency (MBDA) and Minority Business Enterprise
Program (MBE -Fulton Co.) in April 1995. The company now subcontracts
approximately 25 Consultants on as-needed basis primarily for various
technical programming, networking, and business development projects. |

| Presently, PFS has entered
into a partnership with several Indian software development companies
residing in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai India. The main objective
of these relationships are for staffing off-shore and on-site engagements.
This unique relationship allows PFS the flexibility to acquire people
skills and manage cash flow for larger application development projects
spanning various industry sectors. The partnership also gives creditability
to the programming disciplines needed in the marketplace which is
accredited by the Software Engineering Institute (e.g. Capability
Maturity Model Institute (CMMI) Level 5 status). PFS will continue
to invest in domestic and international partnership where teaming
is needed for client solutions. |
